Default 31's or 32's

hey guys i need ur opinions. i have recently trimed my fenders and will be installing the 3" version of my lift soon,hopefully.lol. im just waiting till i can get tires. i was goin to just throw on my b/b, but decided not to. feel free to add some 3" lift pics with cut fenders and 31 & 32" tires. i have searched the lift thread im still unsure.

so i know i will have mpg issues, but im not worried about that. i do plan on re-gearing with 4.10's but that wont be till after the purchase of tires.

what im worried about is now that i cut the fenders...the 31's will look too small. so what should i do? just want to see what u'all think. here is a pic. and thank u. this is with the 235's that are on it now.

Mines 4.5 with 33 12.5s. Taking that into consideration and scaling down to your lift and tire sizes (which is what I think nick was trying to say) 3" and 32s is the route I'd go. Then if you think they're too big, you can always trade or sell and down size way easier than up size.

Ahh...true. sorry nick...lol. I missed ur possible meaning.

Well do u guys think 31s would look to small. I rarley wheel it. Just have no time with work and side work. I know 32s would look killer. I need to find some pics of trimmed fenders and 31s.lol

Doesn't really look bad with the 235s it has on now IMO. since you aren't wheeling it why not just save yourself the MPG loss, power loss and added strain on the drivetrain and just run the 235s? Or if you are dead set on looking cool I would say just go with 31s, they're cheaper, easier to find, would still look good and won't bog down your XJ as much.
