Well people run 31s on 3.5" with minimal rubbing, so I'd have to think you could. But I've not lifted a Jeep yet, so my opinion means very little.

I'm running 30s with NO lift and trimmed fenders- so you should be golden on 30s with a 2in lift. Mine only rub @ stock height because I have no rear bumpstops & inverted leaf springs

won't even need to trim. Bumpstop appropriately and flex it as far as your stock control arms will droop! Dunno why so many n00bs seem to think flex is all about up travel.

Yeah I think I am going to go with 31" bfg mud terrain km2's I am going to trim the fenders cuz eventually I will put a 4.5 lift on it. I am still playing around with it. Does anyone have any thoughts on eleminating my rear sway bar??? How bad would it be on the highway going too and from trail I dont use it as a daily driver but want more flex on the trails.
If you trim you shouldnt rub to much with LCA. Although a better backspaced rim might be appropriate. As for the rear swaybar, ditch it. I just got rid of mine after it doing damage to my rim and wearing down the bead protector on my tires. Theres little to no difference. There's a little bit more sway when you get to the steeper sways, But other then that its fine. if your really worried about it, get a front swaybar from a V8 ZJ. They're beefier and will reduce sway
