3" lift probs
I lifted my jeep with 3"blocks in the back and coil springs in the front. I'm having some grinding going down the road and alittle when I mash the brakes. Does anyone know what's causing the grinding? My brake lines are fine and there's no sign of grinding underneath.

get rid of those blocks. Not safe, angle of the dangle could be off. On a 4x4 I think u need to drop the transfer case. U also need to drop the idler arm & need longer lower arms. It's more than just more spring & longer U-bolts. All the other suspension parts need to be "in spec" or you're screwed. Take it from a old mud worm who in the 80's lifted his '73 3/4ton 4x4 4" using Nova springs up front & re-arcing the rear. There is a better way.
