just outta curiosity, what are pros and cons of each?

I think you mean 3 row vs 1 row. More rows equals more tubes for the coolant to move through and thus.........more efficient cooling.

As far as I know, yes. There is however, a choice between plastic tanks and aluminum tanks. I recommend aluminum because it's more durable and will last longer.
