Default 3.5" coils, what else?

Currently I have a 3" lift on my xj made from various parts on craigslist. The rear 3" aal I got was new while the coils for the front were used and are now sagging and there is a noticable difference, which I dont like. I would like to get new 3.5" coils up front but for most 3.5" lift kits I see that there are also new front lower control arms and sometimes an adjustable track bar. Would I need both of those if I were to get the new coils? (I already have quick discos and also want to make a quality lift that flexes well). Thanks for any help or suggestions.
