2020 grand. Soft ride

My 2020 Grand Cherokee Limited X has standard shocks. Not air ride.
I would like to make the ride softer. At 72, it just gets too rough on city streets.

I don't think doing anything to it will make the ride softer. The 20" tires and wheels are smoother-riding than the 17"'s or 18"'s. You might want to look at tires with less aggressive tread.
