I own a 03 grand cherokee that would die while driving. After changing sensors even the computer i found it mostly died while making left turns. The problem i found is the wiring harness above the exhaust manifold (cylinder #1) had melted the wiring inside of the loom and the bare wire was shorting together with the other wires causing the car to die. So grab the harness with the car in park while ideling and move the harness around. If the car dies you do not have to go through the headache i went through. Just open the loom, seperate the wires, tape them up and reroute the wire loom between #1 cylinder toward the drivers side fender.(away from heat). Good luck.
