I'm not sure how my thread was deleted but I'm putting new tires on my Jeep. Current size 225.70.16. I saw where I can run 235.60.16. Is there any other sizes I can run on a stock suspension?

After doing a little research it looks like I could run a 275.60.16
Does this sound about right. I guess they would look substantially bigger than my current 225.70.16
