Had a little race with a good friend the other night. We didn't intend on racing. We used to race all the time against each other in high school though.
He was in a 2006 four door 2 wheel drive 5.4 F150 stock. I was in my 4 door 4.0 4x4 with 225 tires.
We were messing around a little bit on this open road. He jumped out to pass me doing about 60. I put it on the floor when i saw him jump out. I didn't stop his pull untill his back bumper was even with my front. You could smell the carbon burning out of that ford. Then i slowly reeled him in. By 110 or so i had his nose at my bumper and i let out of it. That was the beginning of my wedding weekend so he got picked on about it the rest of the weekend.
I couldn't believe i reeled in that v8 top end. It probably would have been real interesting from a dig. I used to own a ls1 Camaro for years. I can't help myself. It always puts a big smile on my face to get a good race in. No matter what i'm in.
