you can with no issues. Look at the chart down below, it shows that the GC wheel size is the same from1999 to 2010

2005 grand Cherokee 5.7 limited radio stays on when keys are out ignition interior lights side mirrors power locks window switches suddenly went all at once checked fuses changed driver side window switch no luck 💡 IDEAS PLEASE

Here are a few excellent ideas:
  1. Start your own thread; don't hijack someone else's.
  2. Don't drag up old threads.
  3. Post in the correct section for your vehicle. (You have a GRAND Cherokee, not a Cherokee. Different vehicle.)
  4. Use punctuation so that people who are volunteering their time and effort to help you don't have to decipher a mess of words. This isn't texting with your besties, here.
