2000 cherokee xj vibration

2000 cherokee xj vibration
Hey I have a 2000 cherokee xj .. I have been getting some vibrations and noises from the back end . It only does it when I'm only about half way on the gas. It doesn't do it when I'm all the way on or off the gas . I checked the rearend lube and its full. I just put a 2" lift on it and the vibs where there b4 I put the lift on and I also had it alined after the lift was put on. any ideals ??? Thanks
