If you like door dings and dents and want your paint ruined then take them off... If you treasure your paint... then don't

FYI I used a $10 heat gun and a old credit card. Took maybe 20 mins all together. Make sure you hose the trim off good before hand, a lot of sand and junk gets stuck back there and can scratch the paint during removal

They rlly dont do nothing to protect the doors or paint, and if ur wheeling your rig then you really shouldnt be worrying about ur paint

Goo gone, or a heat gun works too to take the glue off. i parked under a tree and got sap all over my rig and it dryd up, sprayed axe body spray on it and it came right off. You could try that aswell iv used it to take off stickers before aswell

Heat gun or a hair dryer is your best bet to get the adhesive off . . then use a rag and some goo gone to get the rest of the residue off

Heres mine after about 30 mins with a hair dryer
