All of the electronics on your Throttle body. Start by cleaning those out with some carb cleaner. It looks like your IAC, TPS are both clogged. Were you giving it gas in the video?

Yeah i was about 2500rpm not a whole lot but i was constant with the gas. Otherwise it wouldnt of started and died like it did at the end (which is when i took my foot off the gas)

That's Idle Air control (IAC) then. I can't remember which electronic part it is, but odds are all of them need cleaning. Take off the Throttle body, and then take off the electronics. Clean out everything with carb cleaner. Make sure you reattach all of the electronics.

Sorry for the late update guys I was busy with personal issues. Regardless I was able to clean the IAC earlier today heres a pic of how dirty it was
It didnt start at first crank but on the second i hit the gas on start up and it started up with no problem. I drove it around my block and then i turned it off then back on and it started perfectly Thanks for all your help ill let you guys know how my jeep is responding the next few days.

What exactly did you clean?
Does that pointy head on the right side get stuck?
Does that push in and out?
You just made sure it could freely move?
Also, what cleaner did you use?
