Default 1992 Limited Lift Project

So I've had my Jeep for a while now, I've recently put new tires on and therein lies my dilemma. I Put some 235 75/15 on it, Toyo Open Country's
Yea, they are small I know. I'm not planing on changing them anytime soon. I am however putting a lift on it very soon
I have a 1500 $ budget and i need some input
I plan on getting a Rubicon Express Superflex lift
I'm getting new packs in the back, but im wondering, do i go with the
3.5 Superflex kit (no t-case drop, New sye and driveline recommended ) or the 4.5 superflex kit (T-case drop, but says the sye and new driveline are required)
Which one do i go with. Everyone at work gives me **** about my small tires and i dont want it to look awkward, but i would like a big lift.
I put a tuff country 4 in lift on my friends, and i would like to out do him, but i would rather have a better looking rig

The rig as it stands (minus the new tires, Slightly taller)

I want to do this, but better

I'd need a sye on top of all that. Too expensive looks neato tho, Also on the 4.5, i'd want new packs in the back

Although they didnt ask if i had a 242 or a 231 t-case. kinda scares me to get the wrong part.
Also, with the shocks the full packs in the back and the sye and driveline, its 1700. Wow that's cheep, but a little over my $'s

Sand or bead blast them. I'm not trying to be rude, but I ever like the lattice style rim in the gold. (I thought they look cheesy) They look a lot better in black. I still prefer them in silver. (or unfinished actually) Attachment 124188
