Does anyone have a picture of a stock Cherokee with the Icon 16" wheels using 215/75R16. I have an offer for them but don't know how big they would look. I have on my Cherokee 215/75R15 Eccos.

But I seen these images here. They look like they would rub, would I need a lift for these rims?

the 2001 limited came with them on, they wont rub, the suspension is the same (unless yours is sagged & worn out)
If youre completely stock, I'll suggest the Old Man Emu 2" lift leafs & the 5.9 ZJ front coils from a junk yard (HAS TO BE 5.9) that would give you a nice little bump up.

Well I have a pic of mine on 225/75r16s....Sorry not the exact same size tires
but stock saggy suspension I think they may have rubbed some in the rear on big bumps or with sway bar disconnected in its past life, but really I never noticed it rub unless I flew up my driveway and hit all the bumps (and on my driveway the bumps are bigger than a lot of speed bumps I've seen). Also my stock suspension was sagged to the point where I hit axle parts on the metal pieces inside the wheel well...Also I believe a 215/75r16 is about 0.6" smaller in diameter than a 225/75r16 so you shoud be golden!

Heres my actual Cherokee with the Eccos 15". https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f46/19...49861/index14/, Cherokee Laredo, I think Laredos are the offroad package, skids plates and sits alittle higher then basic Cherokee, like a Chevy Z71 package, My Z71 sits higher then basic 4X4 only. I got new coil springs for my Cherokee and it has about 2 year old shocks on it. The leafs I think are original 1991. That Torque Cherokee I think is a Base model SE "Cheapest you can get" so it will sit low, can tell since it has no tint windows, no roof rack, no trim and those stock steel wheels I seen on the link, they use 15X6 rims.
Im guessing this is what mine will look like. 91 and 96 are the same before 1997 refresh. This is a 1996 Classic.

Well I went ahead and got them, couldn't pass them up for $98 a pcs. They usually go for $145 plus $30ship for 1 Rim. they are the Dark Grey one like my Eccos, I rather have dark gray over silver, atleast I think dark rims look good with Red. But your blue looks nice with the silver. I have 3 sets now and all my favorits, These were the ones that came factory with my Cherokee. 1512s or you can says Jurassic Park Wheels or MacGyvers. I still see people do the Jurassic Park Wrangler a lot around here, even with the new wranglers.

(and of course 235/75R15)
I sure would like to run the same 10 ply as on my pickups.

1976gmc20 and JeepaholicNinja, you are both correct that I miss-stated the tire size on my Cherokee. I finally remembered to check the Michelins, and they are 235/70-16 instead of 235/75-16. Sorry for the mistake, and glad you noticed it!
