im like the bumper alot ...I would plate it or jcwclm said make a storage box out of it thats a really cool idea. The weight would go up but its up to you. Can i get the color code for the green thats on your jeep. It looks sick

Looks good...You might add a prerunner style tube up and over the winch area... just a thought

dont plate the sides it looks sick just plate under the winch mount

You don't need real thick plate to add a LOT of strength to the bumper. You protect the front end better that way too. Clip a tree or something on the corner and it will probably give easier than you would expect as it is.

For that bumper I'd just add some 3/16"

That is a GREAT looking bumper.

I think I know what my Revision 2 front bumper will look like....since once I plate the frame rails I'll have to build another front bumper.

At least I can sell my original one.
