Ya know being a jerk and offering up constructive criticism is 2 totally different things. You don't have to like it. I don't, but I'm not gonna talk smack either cause for 1 I couldn't build it and 2 what did saying that accomplish other than making you look like a jerk. Let's see your pics.
Sorry yall that just kinda rubbed me raw. Great job on the fab man. Props.

Just keep building it up and posting pics as you go. What thickness plate are you using? What size tube?

you guys obviously have opinion and you voiced them so why can someone say this bumper looks like crap? why the name calling? it does look like crap. looks unfinished and a rock anchor. if they guy truly wheels this rig he will get hung up. its a valiant attempt but it looks horrible. that's my opinion and everyone has one.

Wow, what a bunch of internet toughguys. I give my honest opinion on an admittedly un-finished project and that gives y'all the right to insult and demean me? good job. I hope you feel proud of yourselves. I was honest in my critique, IN MY OPINION i think it needs work. Im not a dick, a *****, a jerk, or any of the wonderful adjectives you guys have felt the need to attack me with personally.
I DID NOT attack the OP's skills, personality, shoe size, mother, or anything at all, merely stated that for an UN FINISHED project it needs substantially more work before I would post it to the internet to get my ego stroked.

I dont need to prove I have any skills to see that bumper looks ugly as it sits and needs a bit more work.

To each their own. You have spoken, everyone can make there own opinions on you now, same as they can on me.

In the end, this has become kind of a thread jack so about the bumper it self, are you going to mount a fairlead?
PS Great job on the fab work, looks clean and professional, props.

yeah my rock anchor. my rig is not made for climbing huge rocks - deep mud - crazy hill climbs - crossing rivers - or going to the moon. I sure i can do all that but go to the moon. i built it for working over my land and a recovery rig for my dumb friends.

Ok my bad. Maybe I just read it the wrong way. My apologies. I took it the wrong and I can admit that. Your are right and are entitled to your opinion. Once again my bad.

Hey! The bumper looks good man. I did pretty much the same thing except no winch hookup--don't really need one; have a 4WD Tractor!! Keep on doing your thing man. I am a fitter/welder and I do think your bumper is nice. Take care.
