these would be short arms
planning to use OEM bushing, and plan to put a threaded shank in the middle that threads into 2" OD DOM tubing and has jam nuts on both sides
would a 1" thread shank be enough? or even a 3/4"?

I would check on Clayton
http://claytonoffroad.com/index.php/cPath/18_79
http://claytonoffroad.com/index.php/...sort/2a/page/2
If that's not what you are looking for then try Ballistic Fabrication
http://www.ballisticfabrication.com/...pters_c_7.html
If you still haven't found it on one of these sites then I guess I don't know what you want..

You could do like i made mine have your control arm cut in half and add bungs to it and add a piece like a tie rode so you can adjust control arms in or out but one thread has to be right handed and the other left so it will either push or pull

^ you only want one heim joint per control arm. You will have too much deflection and they will prematurely wear out. Go with a solid mount on the axle through a bushing, and a Johnny joint on the frame mount side.
