Default welding steel thickness

What type and thickness of steel would you reccomend for replacing your floor pans? also i have a few rust spots on the body, pictures will be taken tomorrow, any suggestions? and where i could buy it for cheap?

Edit: Also reserving this spot for when i do start to post how i did it and the progress.

Stock floor pan is 20g, but if you're replacing them go to 18g. Easier to weld.
For the size you're using just go spend a couple bucks at Lowe's.

It's cheaper to buy sheet metal than it is a stop signs and it's a felony to be in possession of a stolen one in most states.

These two are the Right side Rocker Panels

These two are near the rear on the Frame itself.

This is directly under the Driver Side floor pan

Those rockers are toast!! I'd go all heavy metal on it and do the built in rock slider thing like XJ Mud King was talking about. Gonna have to cut all that crap out of there anyways.
