This weekends project............A Roof Rack!
Made from 1" x .095" wall mild steel tubing.
42" LED light bar, and spare tire mount.
Waiting for the paint to fully cure, then I'll set it up on the roof.

had a question for you what brand is the light bar?
And do you have a build spec sheet that could be posed up.
I'm in the process of redesigning my rack and yours fits the bill.

It's 63" x 51". The top and bottom rails are 3" apart, with a 12 degree kick up to accommodate the light bar.
I used 1" tubing .095" wall.
The light bar is from China, bought off eBay.
