I got all my materials ready to build myself some front tube flares, using 1/8" flat stock at 3.5" wide at top and 1 x.120 hrew tubing for the tube part that will be bent.

I am basing my design off of this guys ^^^^

Question is should i just cut my fender or do the cut and fold? I plan on going into the fender about 2.5-3" the whole way around the well.

any advice / input is appreciated!

In the back there is a about a half inch you can cut where it is only one layer thick. Then you'll have to cut and fold because of the spot welds. Front you just cut away till you find the washer bottle.
