Thursday Night Sliders
My buddy and I were bored and decided to fab up some sliders for my XJ. Started with a stick of 2"x3" square tubing:
Tapered the ends to match the angle of the wheel wells:

We haven't bolted them up yet. I ordered a stick of 3"x3" angle, and will be building some unibody stiffeners this week then I will bolt them through the stiffeners and unibody. Hopefully I'll have some more updates next week/weekend.

nice work. man I wish I had a shop like that! looks like you have all the the tools you need to do some serious fab work. whats next? exocage??
