Ok so I'm gearing up for bumper builds and I really want to make a paper template. What do yall use as the paper I looked at poster boards and they seem too thin and flimsy.

We use alllll those empty beer boxes! Man if I had a buck for every tab, gusset, or bracket I've built from a beer box template I'd have about 8 bucks..

I use what I have laying around cardboard, beer box, soda box. Cardboard is stiffer but also a bit harder to work with without some scissors to cut and an utility knife dont work so well for cutting some times.

I used the flimsy poster board. You need to cut your peice an inch wider then you want and then fold that inch at a 90 deg creating a peice of angle iron essentially. Worked great and cost a total of 3$ for 6 poster boards. I agree with the beer boxes though. Those work the best due to the enjoyment of its contents.
