they are getting finished welded tomorrow, but still have to wait on money for lights, lol

Yes I could, and I incorporated the angles to give a better area of light for backing up at night, and as far this setup I'm the only one with them they are an original design.

do you have any pics of them finished? how much would you be charging for a pair, also would they be coming in raw metal or painted, or primed? also what do you plan on using for lights in them?

They will be sold primed, this is the first set, I'm making sure everything will fit proper and I'm figuring out which lights I can get that will fit and function well. 110$ plus shipping and I can make sguare lights for 80 they don't not include lights, but I will be sure to get a list of what will work.
