This is just the lower half, so far.... The speakers will be frenched into the panel. Im still trying to decide if I want to maintain a pocket on there.

And I would consider fabbing them for others if the demand is there.....

Just a jigsaw with a fine metal blade. They seem to work better for the intricate work. Then just a little hand filing and sanding. I probably have 2 hours into it so far but it is what I do for a living.

The pair im making for myself, I'd probably charge $800-$1000 to build....This is just the very beginning phase. All the spaces in the web will have smoked lexan insets and then will be backlit with green led's. A more basic, modest set would probably be around $300-$500, depending on finish( paint, vinyl, leather, ostrich...) Mine are going to be a little over the top.....just because I can .......
