Leave it to me to revive an old thread lol But I'm wanting to put 6x9s in my rear doors. Could you upload a picture of how you did it, or what it looks like?

Cool write up, thanks. I'm curious though, where did you tie in the wiring for the rear door speakers? Did you somehow splice into the front door speakers? I'm new at this, so that's why I'm asking.
