spare 33 mounted inside
does anyone have a larger spare mounted inside ? i decided i dont wanna do a roof rack and i dont really like the spare mounted on the rear bumper , i have an idea to mount it inside and in theory it seems good , but not sure , its kinda hard to explain , using decent size almost roll cage tubing i was gonna make a hoop about as tall as the rear seat and extend side to side and have 2 bars angling down and back (mounting the tire to these) and hook into a mount to the floor , and have it swivle up so you can still store stuff under it and access it .
does this seem like it would work to you guys ? in my head it seems alot better then words , maybe ill try to draw it up , any input or pics of people who have done simular things would be great ,
heres a pic of something sortive like it but i still want to have my stock back seat so i figured id need to angle it for better clearnace

maybe something like this http://www.quadratec.com/products/12038_800X_PG.htm i don't have the $200 bucks for it and looking at it i'm not sure it would fit a 33...when i brought the set of 4 33s i just got home in my jeep it was pretty tight with one in the passengers seat, two in the back seat, and 1 in the back which barely fit in there with all my tools and i'm pretty sure it hung over the back seat.

just a pin or somethin in the bottom to hold it down while your bouncin down the trail and what about the gas strut? maybe a bar along the bottom to support the pressure?
with the right strut it would go up on its own and be pretty effortless to close. i dunno about you but i wouldnt want to have to hold that thing up with a tire on it lol
another pretty pic lol
