Default roof rack slow build no welding

so here is my roof rack in progress mostly made from bed frames and bottom of the rack is from an old futon lol hey pretty damn strong tho lol im in need of a good welder but not sure of what company is good n where one is for a decent price if ya know where n what company is good lemme know also wasen't sure of the height of the rack the 1 in the pic was just a test was 11" high lol so i cut them down to 8" which is fine for me for now for the top support i took the bed frame apart cut them down to size then had to figure out a way i would be able to bolt them onto the rack so i cut the corner or the v bracket si the top part can sit on top of the rack and the lil part will be able to slide to the middle of it so i can bolt it in
if u guys have any ideas im open for suggestions and also still trying to figure out how to mount this **** lol i wanna build mounts but not sure what to make em outta or maybe bolt it into the factory roof rack rails not sure yet and i have my partner in crime watching what i do lol

Lazy as well! At least you never half to worry about here running away! Hell I'm lucky if I can get my boy out to go to the use the nearest tree. Only problem is he is temperamental at times. He is almost 9 now so it must be the old age.
