Default Hiden winch bumper

Hi what i did over the weekend is build a winch bumper for a friend that does not stick out so far. Now the changes you need to run this bumper is 1, cut front cross member a little. 2, clock engage/disengage on winch 15 degrees so far most take about 10 minutes. 3 make a 8 inch whip for winch control ,The bumper only sticks out 5 3/8 inch from grill my other bumper is 10 1/2 inches including tow points.

cheers:charles

SORRY, here are some pictures. The bumper is made out of 3/16 hot rolled steel, with 5/16 and 1/4 inch mounting brackets. Let me know what you think.
