Another possibility for you is to find a hot rod shop.. I found one up in DE that can do the tubing and such for tube chassis for hot rods, and race cars.... and said he would take a look at my XJ one day to give me quote... so just another idea of places to check out...

Maybe im blind or don't understand fully.how you guys did it, but do you.have frame stiffeners that those tie ins are attached to? or did you just weld them to the 'frame'?

Does anybody here have a recommendation as to where or who i should by frame stiffeners from? Are different brands any different asfar as quality? Or does it really matter that much if i have them, regarding tying in my cage and sliders to them?

Okay cool thanks! So what do you think of the idea i have.. What if i just get 3" angle iron, and cut it to length for two or three sections per side, just like the stiffeners do and then drill holes in it, and make my own stiffeners that way?
