Default Roll Cage for my '91

Started my roll cage. The rough framing is done and spot welded in.

The straight bars up top are for mounting cb/switches/etc in the front, the rest are there to keep the look maybe some speakers in the rear, don't know yet. I am moving on to triangulating next. This is the rough frame. Thanks.

Here you go. It is rhino liner on 14 GA with 1" angle as the frame work and stainless steel cap bolts to hold on the steel to the frame.

Yes those are, it is a marine speaker system so they are water proof.

Did a little more work on the cage finally. Did some triangulation of the roof area.

I am using 1-1/2" tube for the entire cage. I bought an Affordable Bender from affordablebender.com. I am not using a notcher, it would make it easier but I have always used my 4" grinder to make my notches.

That is true, I also spend a ton of money on discs. Maybe I will look into the notcher as well. Just might be a good buy considering the amount I have spent on discs.
