nice project, how does it mount to the jeep? Stock bumper brackets? Is that what those big circle punches are for?

Thanks. It mounts with the 4 factory holes and 4 "frame" tie in bolts. There are 3 bolts on each side that bolt the bumper to the mounts. the holes allow access to those as well as accessing the hitch pin.

sweet looks bad ***. so you just made the swing out for the ladder? the tire carrier part is the diy upgrade from dirtbound? was looking at doing the bumper and tire carrier also.
