Default Quick disconnects

Started making my quick disconnects today. I had the rough country swaybar links what I did was cut both of the ends off and shortened the link 1.5" I used 4 pieces of 3/8"x2" steel pipe nipple I coulda got some tubing but the fittings were already the right size and it saved me time welded those to the center bar and drilled 1/4" holes about a 1/2" from the end and used some clevis pins for the disconnects. I just need to finish drilling two holes and paint them up.

Sorry I didn't get any pics of the work this is where I'm at now

I'll get pics of the finished product tomorrow.

I think thats one of the most ifnot the most sketch way to make quick disconnects I've ever seen. I wouldn't trust those on my Jeep but if they work for you then great

if its a trail rig the why do you have a sway bar anyways?

i like your idea though.

and if people are gonna bash his disco's, you should try giving a better way of doing it, or pics of the way you did it.

Don't worry I can take constructive critisism plus It's the only way I'll learn It's only my first time welding or fabbing something.

By the way they've worked pretty good so far
