With the smitty bilt xrc8000 going with a pair of PIAA 2100 driving lights.

 

definitely an interesting design, but that makes it pretty cool. The tow hooks on the sides are a nice touch.

any photo's on how its tied into the frame?

 

I think a plate on top of the tube to kinda blend it all together would look pretty slick. i like how you got the winch almost fully enclosed also. i like it

 

haha yeah i have a peices of diamond plate for top of the tubes.. going to work on it now

Did you tie it into the frame rails at all?

 

what frame!!!! yes the bumper is tied in with the uni-body. the mounting plates go about 15" back and are plated on the other side of the unibody and bolted in. also there steel streeing spacer behind the steering box

 

Good stuff. and the uni-body, is the frame. lol

 

rugged, love it

 

Its installed and works well. I have to knotch a small part of the bumper next to the winch motor.

 

Needs more tow hooks
