the trailer would need to be a wide as his rig so I doubt thats something youd want.

But weren't the commanches less narrow?

considering the front half is the same as the jeep, id say they were the same.

plus it easier to just make a gate out of metal instead of trying to rig up OEM style latches and whatnot, plus it would look pretty ghetto IMO

There was some guy on here who took the JEEP stamped metal portion off of a CJ I think and incorporated it into the the right rear quarter panel. I was just saying the tail gate cause it says JEEP and someone suggested to put a jeep symbol on the back.

now a CJ7 tailgate would be pretty cool and is closer to the size you want

The JEEP logo did cross my mind, but it's not a Jeep.
It is however a Coleman frame and I also considered putting the original COLEMAN plackard on it. NOT!
I may put DDJC on the back.

The CJ tailgate is a cool idea!
I did not want a tailgate because of the extra fab work and weight. It's also stronger without a tailgate

I still may put fenders on it and will repaint the whole trailer then. So for now only the OCC Club logo, magnet will be on it.

You know what I saw the other day? Some guy who turned the box of a pick up into a trailer! If you could find a comanche and do the same that would totally rock you could even use the tail lights I'm sure! and then you could still have your jeep logo!
