same concept, instead of it going to lights it goes to your fan.
from the battery run 2 seperate wires, one to the #30 prong on the relay and one to your switch. it looks like you have light up switchs so run power to your switch from the accesory slot on your fuse box. that way it will only work when the car is on.

that way if you step out of your jeep, the electric fan will turn on and off by itself, and it wont overheat cause you are not babysitting it
As far as wiring it...
There's a blue/pink wire that goes into your PCM, that controls the fan. Basically, you just need to use a splice connector(or any way to splice) and splice into that wire. Run that new wire back to a switch. Instead of running the other part of the switch to a power source like you would with foglights, it needs to be grounded.

Seems like quite a few 97+ get CEL's from doing this. I just did it not too long ago with a 99, without a CEL... although mine is ran through my relay box, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
