The welds on the bumper look great. Like said before i think it would look **** with a ^ stinger.

Personally I like it more of a flat u like he has it. Makes it easier to mount more lights on it. Buddy of mine did one somewhat similar but was to dam heavy by the time we got done with it. Ate to much fuel and weighed about 250-300lbs. But I like the way urs looks though.

4in square tube the width of the body. About 1/8th thick. 1/4in side plates for the endcaps.1in thick plating through tube to mount to body along with coming out far enough to make d rings for recovery. 1/4in thick plate mounted vertically like stock bumber pusher but all the way level with hood. Enter depth of bumper and stuck out about an inch from front of bumber. Would hate to be the guy that got rearended by him. Rear number was made out of same stuff but sealed at both ends and could be used as a airtank if necessary. D.o.t. wouldn't like it because of the air hold. If in a wreck and the air escaped could cause a massive fire.
