This is the second Cherokee that I have broken (some due to rust) the brackets that are welded on the front axle tube. These brackets are bolted to beams that extend back to the frame. How do I identify the proper replacement part. I have a competent welder that can replace these if I can get them.

 

if you are talking about the brackets that are on the top of the axle and the bottom of the front axle those are called the control arm brackets i believe...the control arms bolt to them and than bolt to the fram
