Default finished my front bumper

Here are some pics of my finished front bumper. It's made of 3x4 3/16 tube. I put a class III receiver in the middle and two 15,000# D-rings on it. It's tied into the "frame" with 1/2" bolts, and the bolts from the steering box. Let me know what you think.

Thanks, I tucked it up and in as far as I could to maintain a good approach angle. I'm wondering now if I can trim the front crossmember that sticks down below the bumper. It looks structural but with the bumper bolted in place I don't think it will matter. Has anyone else cut theirs out?

i would trim it on the bottom(not all the way out) and then brace the front of it with some plate or some more tube and easy welding on the thin sheet metal

Looks nice, but whats with the street rubber? You're gonna need the pull points on the bumper if you go off road with those LOL.

TRUE! It just so happens that I found a set of Dunlop Mud Rovers 33-12.50 on 15x8 american racing steelies today for 150. Already got them on. The gay street tires were on it when I bought it! I did use the bumper to jack up the front with my hi-lift jack. Worked great, didn't flex or move at all.

I used a 12" piece of the 3x4 tube and cut it in half length wise. Kinda made two pieces of 4x1.5 C channel. Then I welded them to the bumper and used 1/2" bolts top secure it.

Cool craft... Those tube steels are well designed and looks perfect for those bumping situations...
