If you do a google search of your material you can find how many lbs/foot it weighs, then it's just a simple math problem based off your blueprint

I'm an electrician as well but honestly I'm amazed with some of these racks these guys are making out of 3/4 emt. I do not however like the thought of the pre bent 90's and couplings. If bent and welded with inserts at every structural weld point I think they're solid. Just my .02

I would agree with the welded EMT being strong. Especially when built with ample support.

You guys can seem my ****ty emt rack on my profile it only holds my 31 spare up there.. Oh yeah and I used the pre bends but I drilled the couplings out and put in a couple 5/16 bolts... I think that's what they were... I'm a metric kid lol don't mind me!
