They make bokes for the tailgates of trucks, that flip up or down (depending on how you mount it, and how youe tail gate is) I have one and will take pics as soon as I can.

well dad wouldnt let me cut tht box up so i just fixed it and made my self a mulipurpose box.. put it in the XJ when i want/need it leave it in the barn for tool box when i dont....

I run a big industrial plastic tote with locks. Fits perfect in the back, I have all my tools and spare parts in it.

I got one of them big dimond plate truck bed boxes and i cant decide weather to cut it up and make stuff out of it or keep it as it is and store stuff in it.

well thts wht i was going to do but dad yelled at me and i put it in there and it took up too much room for everyday driving and it was blocking the ports and making my subs sound like ****

haha mine wouldent even fit in my xj! its a wide box. but i could still store stuff in it. if its aluminum ill keep it if its steel ill cut it and weld it into some cool stuff!

yeah mine is one of those odd shaped things with the sloped front and the steped out back part it fits tight against the seat tho...

yeah it dose can barley fit a 5 gallon pail in there with it between it and the hatch... it took alot of to get it back out nice and flat they hit it with a tractor bucket...LOL

wasnt mine lol i got it from a buddy.. i waas going to take off those old plastic things under the door and cut this box up and make new ones but my grandfather gave me some more alum d-plate so w/e

Two words...ammo cans. They are cheap, water proof, modular, and small enough that you can pack them anywhere. They are the best route, IMHO!!


PS, strap them down, seriously!! OUCH!!!!
