Default lift shackle dimensions..

i wanna build some lift shackles for my beater trail rig to get a quick 2'' lift.. i need the dimensions and pics of them please.. i need the width of the arms and the length of eye to eye and where they are bent.. thanks guys!!!

how about contacting a shackle manufacturer. bet they will give you the dimensions over the phone...........

never thought of that and im not sure lol.. i was just wondering if someone had a set they could snap a few pics of and write down the dimensions real quick

Full size Chevy drop shackles. They sell them with the lift blocks and such. Not sure of the year but you will get 2.5-3" out of them. I think I paid about $30 for mine.

F150 shackles from a Junkyard will get you a little over a inch but you will have to grind a little of the F150 steel bushing to get it into the shackle location on the XJ.

Ram truck shackles are 2" longer as well and only slightly wider.

Dakota shackles look to be 3/4" to 1" I'll know this weekend installing a set on a buddy's XJ

Went to advance auto parts and they didn't carry them so I'll check Auto Zone later on to see if they carry them.
