Default Jeep XJ Floor Board Rust Repair and Bedlining

Alright Guys, im new here. Recently I decided to pull all my carpet up to repair some rust I knew I had. Well, I knew I had a lot but didn't know I had this much. lol. Also, for anybody else who is planning on doing this, the wire wheel thing in the pictures gets that sealent stuff that the factory puts all over the floors off like butter. Here are some pics of what ive done so far.

Here's my Jeep from the outside. Doorless mod is helpful by the way.

When you are done bed lining it could you let us know how loud it is inside the jeep without the sound dampening stuff?

yea, haha! Luckily, I got a neighbor who can get me some 16 gauge steel for fairly cheap or even free. He works at some sort of factory.

So, I ended up just cutting out the rear trunk area. there were to many small holes so I figure id just replace the whole piece.

I also went ahead and cut around where the back seat would be. while I was at, I found out I had a Flowmaster exhaust! I thought I had a bad exhaust leak, haha! Guess I was wrong.

Also decide to remove transfer case for rebuild while I had the floors cut up with easy access. drained the fluid, and apparently it had all leaked out. Only about a cup in there.

Hey guys, haven't posted in a while, I was rebuilding the transfer case. Anyways, I got some measurements made and I'm getting a neighbor of mine to cut me some metal to weld for the new floors. I'll get some pictures up once I get the metal. I will also start to grind down all the old spot welds and clean up some of the surface where I'll be welding. I'll get some pics up for that too.

Yea, I know, got most of the floors already and they fit great. I'll get pics up once I get all the floors from the guy. Should be Thursday.
