lets see your hood vents so i can get an idea of what i would like to do.....

I've got some hood vents from a Lumina Z34. They would work pretty well. PM me if you are interested. They are black, I have the water catches for the bottom of them.

If you have hood vents doesn't that let rain and water into your engine bay?

oh haha good point smart *** but i was talking about soaking the top of you engine and manifold constantly would make lots of rust, hench the whole reason for a hood in the first place.

I will post a pic of the z34 scoops soon. They are neat, they have a drip tray on the bottom of them that you can plumb out to the fender lips to drain the water. The liners can have thumb nuts put on them for quick drop out.

I made them... I did a write up on it... I've had it through some rough rain this past week with no problems... I just used di-electric on all my connections...

it does let the rain in and I may make some drip pans in the future but so far it's been ok...
