SO...you guys that just made these and have the steel angle pieces turned inwards towards each other:
How are you bolting this into the chassis? Obviously there is a single bolt that was used for the original shackle, which would go thru the 3x3 box tube. But what else?
Because it looks like the OP had the inner steel angle turned the opposite direction so the upper face would bolt to the bottom of the frame where the hitch would mount...thus giving the relocation box more than one fastener holding it to the jeep.
What am I missing here?

And you used 3x3x3/16 for new shackle holes? Cause I have a set of bds shackles that measure 2 3/4 over bushing. But 3x3x3/16 inside should be 2 5/8.

Nope, only 3x3 I had sitting around was too thick, so the inside was too narrow to fit the shackles. I used angle for the new shackle hole rails as well. Except instead of overlapping it, like i did to fit the stock boxes, I cut one side of the angle so I had a trough that was the correct width. Idk if that makes any sense but i don't have any pics of my brackets while I was making them.
