Default homemade gutter mounts - post your pics!!

About to start my roof rack and would like to get the important part out of the way first.

Trying to find somethin that isn't too time consumig to fab. I get very little time to work on projects. Thanks

No, the rack is real close to the roof, I needed it to be as low profile as possible yet still function. Heres a shot from another angle:

i like this one ^ too. what do you do about the holes from the stock rack? also has anyone trid makeing a rack out of alluminum?

thats gotta kill your gas with having the tire up there, along with the extra weight while wheeling and be a pain the the butt to get it down if ever need to

not a fan of putting the spare on the roof but that looks pretty good, very nice rack.

i would agree with that, but a rear swing arm is what i do. out of the way. doesnt take up any room. and doesnt add any resistance or weight to the top.

me thinks something is wrong with your suspension...looks like a broken spring on the right rear. LOL

I do like the look and function of the swing arm mounts. Like even more the fuel rack incorporated into yours. Looks like an extra 30 gallons?

Mine is just a toy, 33" Swampers don't help mileage either! I would be scared to calculate the mpg I get. I do notice the extra weight, the effect it has on my wheeling is yet to be decided.
