Upon doing a little more research, the tapered inserts from ruff stuff will not work with the drag link tres (es2026r -es2027l). Luckily TMR customs had them for about 6 bucks apiece . Should be here in 2 weeks though
ive built this steering a couple times.
if you don't have a steep drag link angle you can get away without using the poly spacer.
also the ES2233L tie rod end will need to be reamed or drilled out (for the insert) to accept the drag link end.
If you go over the knuckle you will need to ream it out opposite of what the taper is already I do believe.
you seem to know what you are doing, but just incase (as i have seen it done before) make sure ya get the ends in the right places! I have seen people put them in the wrong place, and while it still worked, they wore quicker and bent more easily.

Thanks for the info. Haven't decided if I'm going OTK yet. I'm using the inserts I ordered from TMR for the pitman arm and the es2233l tre. And the ones from.ruffstiff for the knuckles
build the tie rod first. just measure knuckle to knuckle with the old steering in.
then at ride height with the tie rod and steering wheel centered., measure from the hole in the es2233l end and the hole in the pitman arm.
