Homebrew Jeep Mods
I used the pines that have the holes down them for the cotter pin, I took 8 washers and welded pairs of two together so it was like 4 thick ones, I welded one of the pairs to the inside of both the pins and the others can slide on the other end. I cut the old bolts off and slid in the new ones, its actually a pretty simple mod I will post up a couple pictures later I can't now being that I'm in English
Rear bump stop catches. 2"x2"x0.188" sq. tubing, mitered and capped with 12GA sheet and welded on top of the factor u-bolt retainer plates. Aftermarket extended progressive poly bump bolted in the stock location.

To the guys that did the rear disc swap, anyone have a left over proportioning valve from a ZJ? I bought one online and only got the little red piece. Never heard from the guy again.

i installed a setup similar to the repeater rig posted on here before, but i did a slight modification, a friend of mine helped me build a DC-DC converter to take the 13.3VDC down to 12.0VDC @ 2.2Amps for the routers via a pair of 7812 power regulators, i'll get some pics after the sun comes out today, and i'll also get some pics of my strobes edit:-> here are the pics as promised
