Home made quick disconnects
I just finished my quick disconnects. Photos in my album. I used 2 sets of stock links. Cut them and welded them together. I still have to drill a hole in the lower bolt so they can be completely removed when wheeling. Take a look.

Your axle, When your sway bar is disco'd it allows for more axle articulation to keep tires on the ground for traction

That was my plan. I am hoping it will not be too difficult and it would provide the most support using the stock bolt rather then a pin which would just float in the mounting bracket.

Ok, we got the quick disconnects installed. They turned out better then I had hoped. They are sturdy and quiet. Unfortunately I have not drilled the retainer pin hole thru the lower bolt yet. It was a long day of replacing the front end and passenger fender due to a young lady in a white beemer running into the front corner so we just bolted them on.

Those look great installed and glad to hear they arn't noisey. I have some from rusty's (really noisey) but might pick up another pair from the jy so i can have 2 OEM sets and try this out.
