Default Heavy duty rear bumper

Built heavy duty rear bumper out of 1/4" thick 4" square tube, with 3/16" thick 2"x3" rectangle tube stock inserted into unibody frame rails, which I had to cut out with a grinder and saw to insert the bumper mounts.

Bolted with 5 grade eight bolts on each side. Weighs 75 lbs.

Welded the complete bumper with a MIG welder and here it is primed and bolted on.

Love the simplicity. What about putting some tabs for D rings?

Ya should of cut a hole in the center and slid the hitch inside for better clearance and more weld area. Good job though.
